By accessing or using any Bamba product — including Lunar at bambalunar.app — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

Bamba provides AI-powered software products. Lunar is an AI educational platform that uses large language models to tutor users, generate explanations, and build personalized knowledge structures. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change as the product evolves. Some features are in active development and may be incomplete or unstable.

• →You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• →You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• →You may not share your account or use another person's account.
• →We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• →Access may be restricted by waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access.

You agree not to use Bamba services to:

• →Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI system prompts or model configurations.
• →Automate access in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• →Impersonate other users or Bamba personnel.
• →Use the service to train competing AI models without explicit written permission.

Responses generated by Lunar are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content for critical decisions — medical, legal, financial, or safety-related. Bamba does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for verifying important information from authoritative sources.

Bamba and its products, including all software, design, and branding, are the intellectual property of the founder. You retain ownership of content you create using our services (your messages, uploaded files, notes). You grant Bamba a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your data.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bamba and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free-tier users).

You may stop using our services at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing contact@bambalunar.app. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. For questions or complaints, contact us at contact@bambalunar.app before pursuing any formal legal action.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
